Day 2 of the fast... and i have hit a healing crsis... bout 10 last night, i was suddely hit my a massive headache.. so went to sleep... this morning woke up, and it was still there.. and today just felt really lertagic.. or the could not be bothered feeling prob beacuse of the headache... anyway m down to juice today... have to say i m not really hungry but more the bored hunger thing... where u get bored and want to eat... will try some hydro therapy tonight.. and hope tomorrow will be better.. m on water tomorrow till.... well for as long as i can last... till then...
