Tis been a while since i updated my blog... wif some of ya actually thought i had dropped dead due to my fast, well bad luck... the fast went pretty well, just that bout 5 days through, we all thought that there were really not much point doin it, i mean we are healthy young boys, and there are really not much toxins in our body to get rid off in the 1st place.. however, little did we know, after our Naturapathy class on the day we broke our fast, Dr Tom Shaw went on to explain the full benifits that the fast could have had on our body, so now, we all feel that we should have done it properly.... well i guess i m goin to try to do a seven day water fast maybe once a term.. if possible...
besides that, not much has been goin on, got my bicycle, but had to get new wheels which came today.. so should be riding to school from now on... good for fitness... but yesterday, went to a club just bout 10 mins walk from home, din quite drink too much however i was pretty mullered.... got to build up on my alcohol tolorance level again... tokin about mullered, i got a new hair cut.. it is a cross between a mohican and a mullet... basically, got a mohican on the top and a mullet behind... lol... looks alright actually...
